You offer to purchase our goods when you place an order on our website. We make every effort to fulfil your order, but there may be occasions when we are unable to, due to items being out of stock or no longer available, your payment being declined, a pricing error or incorrect product description.
We are unable to cancel or amend your order once we have emailed you to say that your order has been dispatched. Before proceeding to payment, please check your order carefully.
Our product prices are in New Zealand Dollars inclusive of GST. You may be charged additional delivery fees based on your location and total value of your order.
We work to ensure that prices on the website are accurate. Occasionally goods may be incorrectly priced. In that case, we will contact you with the correct price, and ask if you wish to continue with the order. Errors may be amended or pricing updated at any time without prior notice.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and debit cards, charged at the current rate of exchange. We ask for your credit card’s security code – the three-digit number found on the back. We are not obliged to accept and/or dispatch your order if there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit/debit card or other chosen payment method for any reason.
Security checks may be conducted on transactions processed through our website, to protect against the fraudulent use of credit or debit cards.
Discounts and promotions
We exclude sale items from promotional discounts. Promotional items cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. KidsnToys reserves the right to alter any discounts and promotion offers anytime without notice.
Additional fees and taxes
You, the purchaser, are responsible for any taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs from individual countries.
We deliver to New Zealand and overseas addresses, but not to post office boxes. Please supply an accurate and complete delivery address and receiver’s name for your order. We do not take responsibility for undelivered orders due to incorrect information.
There may be occasions when we are unable to deliver within the agreed delivery time. We will not be held liable for late delivery.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email. Please let us know within 10 days of the dispatch date if your order has not arrived.
Loss or damage in transit
To avoid damage in transit, all orders are wrapped in protective packaging.
All NZ orders are sent via Tracked Couriers, and via NZ Post for international orders. If you did not receive your order, or it was damaged during shipping, the freight company will contact you for verification and a claim will be raised on your behalf. Claims can take up to 6 weeks to process.
